THE MAX CHALLENGE is a body transformation system designed to make lasting changes to your health, well-being, and appearance. This is accomplished through the combination of our fitness program, nutrition counseling, and positive motivation from our trained MAX Staff.

KSA-DWB-graphic-Fitness

Our fitness program has been created to adjust for any fitness level with the combination of both cardio and strength training? throughout the class. Our MAX classes are taught by certified MAX trainers five days a week and for only 45 minutes long.

KSA-DWB-graphic-Nutrition

Our Nutritional plan is based on clean eating and whole foods. Our Certified MAX trainers will teach you how to create the right nutrition plan for you with the right foods at the right time and with the right amounts.

Our goal at the MAX is to address every aspect of your fitness program, which includes supporting you. Through a positive environment, social networking, reinforcement from our? trained staff and peers you will have the necessary tools to achieve your goals.
