At Satori FIT, we offer a wide range of class formats and exercises. We use functional movements that strengthen the entire body, and offer different levels for exercises, so whether you work out regularly, or haven’t worked out in a long time – you’ll fit right in. It’s no secret that developing good eating habits is essential for your health and well-being. Satori FIT provides easy to follow eating and meal guidelines – but we don’t stop there. We also learn about developing “mastery mindsets” that empower us to make the quality lifelong decisions, every day so that we are in control of our journey.
Our members and trainers are truly the best part of our program. We support each other both in and out of class, and positively hold each other accountable. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making healthy decisions – one at a time – in the moment and at our best!
