Use the email address we have on file for you to access the Kovar’s Member Connect Kovarswaterman.zenplanner.com
• If needed, reset your Password by following the prompts
• Go to the “Calendar” and Select "Enrolled Student's Name" from the pulldown on EACH page.
• Change calendar view or days to see available classes and choose the class you want to attend, interactive Zoom classes are Blue, In-Academy "Dojo" classes are Red and Park classes are Green
• Click RESERVE
• You will receive a confirmation email after reserving and a reminder email an hour before class. If you registered for a Zoom class, your confirmation email will include the Zoom link.

One-on-one 10-15 minute meeting with one of our certified instructors.

• Click the private lesson link for park, dojo, or zoom
• Choose your desired appointment time and add your enrolled student's name and belt rank
• Students should wear full uniform (gi & belt) for the lesson and be ready to move in a safe space!

One-on-one 10-15 minute meeting with one of our certified instructors for Progress Checks, Black Belt Club Conferences, Black Belt Entrance Exams or family support chats related to safety or good citizenship.
